This 4 week plan is for people who are at least 6w postpartum, are feeling good, and who have taken the time needed to heal their core/pelvic floor with basic breath work core strengthening exercises and are feeling ready to increase capacity and intensity.


This plan has a strength focus but can easily provide a cardiovascular workout by increasing speed, reps and/or intensity if and when appropriate.
